Who doesn't love the smells of Fall? It's my favorite time of year and every year I add my most favorite Fall peel of the year for my clients from H2T. This Pumpkin/Multi-Fruit Complex peel offers antioxidants and enzymes that respond like alpha hydroxy acids but without harshly stripping the skin. Pumpkin contains over 100 beneficial nutrients to reverse signs of aging including amino acids. Vitamin A to promote the growth of healthy cells and tissue, Vitamin C to directly stimulate the production of collagen and elastin fibers. Pumpkins also naturally contain the highest natural concentration of salicylic acid out of any plant, helping to kill any bacteria and turn cells over at quicker rate. The Multi-fruit is a concentrated blend of five botanical extracts of bilberry, sugar cane, sugar maple, orange and lemon to promote smoother and younger appearing skin. Depending upon your level of skin care and skin type the appropriate concentrations will be applied per individual's skin. Acids of Lactic, Glycolic, Citric, Malic and Tartaric acids are all included resulting in their primary action being a "keratolytic agent." Weakening the bonds that hold dead skin cells together. When these bonds are weakened, the dead cells can be shed from surface skin resulting in fresher, more refined and brighter skin. Great for for both acne and dry skin as it allows for moisture to bind to the skin's barrier. Excellent pre extractions and softens fine lines and wrinkles. This is not just a great peel for Fall but for anytime of year. As always, follow up with an SPF 30 daily. Let me add that this peel smells amazing!
